This privacy policy applies to the MsShop Assist application and its related services. It is written to be short, clear, and suitable for an individual developer. It is designed to comply with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements.

2) Data We Collect

The app does not collect personal data by default. However, certain features may process limited information as required for operation:

• Device Information (model, OS version) — used for performance and debugging.
• Log Data (crash reports, error messages) — used to improve app stability.
• Permission-Based Data (camera, photos, location, etc.) — used only to provide the related feature and processed on your device; it is not sent to my servers.

Note: If the app uses a third-party analytics or crash reporting service (e.g., Firebase/Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.), these providers may collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage data. In such cases, their respective privacy policies also apply.

3) Third-Party Services & SDKs

The following providers (if used) may process data:

• Google (Firebase, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Apple (App Store, iCloud-related operational services)

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. You may limit or disable tracking through in-app settings or your device settings.

4) Permissions

The app may request the following permissions only when needed (examples):

• Camera / Photos — to capture or select images.
• Location — for location-based features.

• Bluetooth / Storage — for device connectivity or saving content.

Permissions are used only while the corresponding feature is active and only with your explicit consent.

5) Data Storage & Security

• Data is processed locally on the device whenever possible.
• Any data sent to a server (if applicable) is minimal and protected with reasonable security measures (e.g., HTTPS).
• Log and crash data (if collected) is stored only for as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymized.

6) Children’s Privacy

The app does not knowingly provide services to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7) Your Rights

Under Turkish law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to processing or withdraw consent
• Request data portability (when applicable)

Due to the use of third-party services (e.g., Firebase), your data may be processed outside your country. In such cases, transfers are made with appropriate legal safeguards.
